Reciprocal Borrowing Agreements with Other Institutions

SVC Students and employees have the ability to borrow from Western Washington University, Northwest Indian College, and any other Washington State Community & Technical colleges. Students and employees at these institutions also may borrow and use electronic resources at SVC. Just present your current student or employee ID in order check out materials and to get guest access to computers and online materials.

High School students of Skagit, Island and San Juan counties and students of the  Northwest Career & Technical Academy are eligible to receive limited library borrower privileges.

Borrowing privileges do not extend to off-campus access to electronic resources.
