• Lifeline Phone Services from Washington State Healthcare Authority

Lifeline is the Federal Communications Commission’s program to make communications services accessible to low-income consumers in Washington State. Lifeline provides subscribers a discount on monthly telephone service, broadband Internet access service, or voice-broadband bundled service purchased from participating providers

Connectivity:

• Affordable Connectivity Program

  The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program that helps many low income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices. The ACP is winding down - read more about it here.

• Century Link Lifeline
  Century Link offers a discount of about $10 per month on internet or phone service for people who participate in certain federally funded programs or meet income requirements. Service is provided through telephone lines. This program may be helpful for people who live outside the coverage area of other service providers.

• Comcast Internet Essentials

  Offers programs to low-income households with Internet service for about $10 month and options to purchase an Internet-ready computer. Internet service is through cable lines and Comcast will provide a kit which customers will install themselves.

• PC's for People

  Is a non-profit group that provides affordable laptop and desktop computers and low-cost internet service that can be purchased online. Laptops and mobile hotspots are available. Check their website to see if you are eligible and for exact pricing.

• WiFi Xfinity Hotspots

Xfinity has WiFi hotspots throughout our service area to make sure you’re always connected. These hotspots give you WiFi and are free to Xfinity Mobile customers and eligible* Xfinity Internet and Comcast Business Internet customers
