Keep the majority of the lettering black - avoid any color of BLUE unless it's a link.
Reserve underlining for hyperlinks ONLY.
Try to avoid using all text all the time. Provide alternative formats when possible. Link to text or multimedia formats when possible. Think about creative ways to show your audience different media, graphics, or links to illustrate your points instead of only text.
Create Alt text for all images and video, and captioning.
