What is this Guide for?

The Professional Development Committee, the Faculty Union, SVC Libraries, and the Center for Participatory Excellence collaborated to develop this guide for faculty seeking direction in their professional development.

The purpose of this guide is to provide resources and guidance for faculty who want to gain critical skills and knowledge that will improve their teaching and student outcomes.

All resources are related to essential competencies as listed in the collective bargaining agreement.
