The purpose of this guide is to provide guidelines and resources for STEM presentation projects in multiple formats

Formats may include: Poster Presentations, Lightning Talks, or Multimedia Presentations

SVC STEM Symposium

Spring 2024 Date: May 30 from 4-6pm SVCs Angst Hall, 1st and 2nd floors

Open to all employees and the community

The STEM Symposium celebrates student achievements in science, technology, engineering and mathematics departments and showcases student undergraduate research projects. 


Submission Details for Spring of 2024: 

  • Deadline to submit posters: If students are presenting posters, the symposium committee can print the posters for students.  The deadline for submitting a poster so it can be printed is May 28th 2pm 
  • How to submit posters?  Students can email a PDF of their poster to svcshowcase@skagit.edu
  • Registration for student presenters: Use this form
