Use this guide to remind you of resources demonstrated during the library research workshop.
The tabs at the top will help you find some book titles by topic.
Contact the library at email@example.com if you need help. A 24/7 library chat service, Ask A Librarian is also available.
How useful was this guide to you?
Use the online catalog at library.skagit.edu to search for what the library owns. It's easiest to search if you already know the title of a work, but try typing in subjects with the word "fiction" to see what we have.
When you get results make note of the LOCATION, CALL NUMBER and STATUS to make sure the book is available at the campus where you are located.
The CALL NUMBER is the location on the shelves where the book is located. Books in the library are organized by subject.
REQUEST an item that is not available by clicking on the Request button, and typing in your name and the library barcode sticker number from your student ID Card. If you haven't gotten your library barcode sticker, you can pick it up anytime the library is open at the library check out desk.
