During remote operations, the library has licensing agreements with Swank Digital Campus and Kanopy for streaming video. Please contact a librarian if you would like to order a title from these services.
SVC Librarians are available to consult with you about transitioning your course materials to an online format. We are proficient in copyright law, fair use, open licensing, and mapping materials to course outcomes.

Many vendors of subscription materials are making content free during the pandemic. Search the various journal, textbook, and video repositories for course materials. Note these materials may not remain free once the health crisis eases, but the libraries will do what we can to work with you to sustain access. Open educational resources (OER) are always free! If you're working to transition or rebuilt your class online and you want to use materials that you can keep forever, search for OER, which are openly licensed. Your librarians can assist with understanding, finding, using, and modifying OER.
