Skagit Valley College offers the Accuplacer test to accurately place students. The Accuplacer test is not like a traditional pass or fail test. There is no "passing" score. Rather, scores indicate areas in which you are strong and areas in which you may need help. The Accuplacer test is a computer-based assessment and is not timed. Whatever the results, Skagit Valley College has a starting place for you.
Skagit Valley College utilizes the Reading Comprehension Accuplacer Test to place students in English and Arithmetic, Elementary Algebra, and College-Level Math Accuplacer tests to place students in math.
