Scheduling Form

Library staff is available to distribute materials throughout Spring quarter on a limited basis.  Library staff will be available on both the Mount Vernon campus and the Whidbey Campus on the following days for materials distribution:  

  • Mondays: 4/20 - 6/15 
  • Thursdays: 4/16 - 6/18 

Please check the scheduler for available times of distribution.  

Materials available for distribution include:

  • LAPTOPS (if specific class programs are needed, please indicate on the form and contact the IT Helpdesk at in order to ensure you get the program you need)
  • AHE 200 HIV/AIDs packets
  • Art 181/182 equipment
  • ENVC 140 plant presses
  • MUS 137/138 choir folders
  • MANF 125 materials
  • MANF 156 materials
  • Math graphing calculators
  • Photography class equipment 
  • Other library materials can be checked out as needed.  Look through the library catalog and place a hold on an item.  Then schedule an appointment to pick it up.  Note that materials located at another campus will take at least a week to arrive before available for pick up.  

Please schedule an appointment using the "Schedule Appointment" button below.  Scheduling an appointment allows for faster, more timely service. 

Materials are picked up at the curbside outside the libraries to abide by Governor Inslee's "Stay at Home, Stay Healthy" order to maintain the 6ft distance between persons at all times. 

SVC Security is helping to facilitate the distribution of materials and signage in the parking lots will direct you to the right area for pick up.
