  • Tufts University Health & Nutrition Letter -
    The goal of the Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter,  a publication of Tufts Media at Tufts University, is to provide the consumer with honest, reliable, scientifically authoritative health and nutrition advice that not only can be trusted but can have a direct and often immediate effort on their health.
  • Nutrition Action Health Letter - comes from the Center for Science in the Public Interest and has been highly reviewed by the New York Times and U.S. News & World Report
  • Nutrition.gov - provides easy access to vetted food and nutrition information from across the federal government. It serves as a gateway to reliable information on nutrition, healthy eating, physical activity, and food safety for consumers. Users can find practical information on healthy eating, dietary supplements, fitness and how to keep food safe. The site is kept fresh with the latest news and features links to interesting sites.

  • MedlinePlus - is the National Institutes of Health's Web site for patients and their families and friends. Produced by the National Library of Medicine, it brings you information about diseases, conditions, and wellness issues in language you can understand. MedlinePlus offers reliable, up-to-date health information, anytime, anywhere, for free. You can use MedlinePlus to learn about the latest treatments, look up information on a drug or supplement, find out the meanings of words, or view medical videos or illustrations. You can also get links to the latest medical research on your topic or find out about clinical trials on a disease or condition. Just enter Nutrition in the Search Box.
  • The Mayo Clinic - Their mission is to empower people to manage their health. This is accomplished by providing useful and up-to-date information and tools that reflect the expertise and standard of excellence of Mayo Clinic.
  • Health Information  - from the National Institutes of Health provides access to publications on nutrition and nutritional support produced by NIH.  Just enter Nutrition in the search box.
